Attending the Global Petroleum Show
June 11 was a busy day as Workforce Compliance Safety attended the Global Petroleum Show in Calgary. A world-class event, the Global Petroleum Show included exhibits and representatives from many countries involved in the energy industry.
The number of energy products/services and informational sessions was astounding and well-worth attending. Particularly impressive were the outdoor exhibits that demonstrated cutting-edge tools, processes and machinery, bringing the specifics of remote oil-patch activity to life in downtown Calgary.
Safety & Emerging Energy Technologies
With each new advance in process and technology comes the requirements to ensure the workers involved work within a system of safety guidelines. Discussions and information gleaned at the Global Petroleum Show ensure Workforce Compliance Safety is well-informed to provide safety consultation in the energy industry. All in all, the experience of the 2014 Global Petroleum Show was outstanding and we look forward to 2015.
