In many ways, this story will be told over the months and years ahead. There is plenty of ambiguity with this new law, from each municipality establishing their own rules around its citizens’ usage, to rudimentary testing procedures for police officers during impaired driving pull-overs.
The workplace is no different, ambiguity is at the forefront. This reality becomes even more apparent on job sites where workplace safety is top-of-mind.
